AND THE AWARDS CONTINUE Mary Hernandex of Littleton, Colorado was the recipient of the April award for her endless bisits to her local pet shops to aid and help educate those that own Rottweilers. The hours are long and the costs of reproducing literature is expensive, but the rewards are well worth the efforts. If everyone spent just a couple of hours a week at their local pet shops and offered to help others with their Rott N Weilers, what a difference it would make. People that own this breed do not need to be preached at or to, they need the tools, knowledge about such things as obedience, spoiling, supervision, responsibility and breeding. If each of us would share what we knoe in a respectful, courteous manner, we could become someone’s MENTOR and that is quite an honor. I am sure that Mary Hernandez is the mentor and heroine of many. I know she is the heroine of many Rott N Ones in Colorado. Jeffery and Brenda Coe, becuase the duo that recieved their doll and certificate for the month of May. The work and diligence they went through is a lesson to all of us...or at least should be. We CAN make a difference! Read their story in this issue. Thank you Jeff and Brenda for making that difference that will affect other Rottweilers to come.
