The city of Sherbrooke has amended a 'bylaw' to permit currently residing 'pit bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Mastiffs, Bullmastiffs and Rottweilers to remain, BUT the owners will need liability insurance. The 'pit bulls' and Staffordshires will also have to wear muzzles when in public. NOW for the worst of it...NO additional members for these breeds may be brought into the city, therefore ade quately bringing about a complete BANNING of these breeds.
